On the day of treatment…
On the day of treatment make sure to eat a light meal before treatment and be well hydrated. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy access to points located on your upper arms and legs. Prior to your appointment you will receive a text or email asking about any current covid symptoms you may be experiencing, or known exposures to others experiencing symptoms. Please reschedule your appointments if you have any COVID symptoms or have had a known exposure. Please wear a mask fully covering nose and mouth while inside our Studio. Please do not wear heavily scented perfumes or lotions, and refrain from wearing make-up if possible.
Please print, complete, and bring the forms provided below to your intake appointment.
Plan enough time post treatment to rest if this is your body’s natural desire, otherwise observe and indulge your nourishing intuitive healing rituals. Be aware of your body and its needs, care for yourself.
Avoiding rigorous work, or exercise on the day of treatment is preferable, as well as extremely hot or cold water. Avoiding alcohol and caffeine is also beneficial for treatment.

It is for this reason that your proactive involvement is required for successful treatment. Lifestyle and wellness coaching will be applied throughout the course of treatment, and recommendations made to help you find your most optimal vital state of being and truest, most authentic self. Accepting this pivotal role in your health, being the ruler of your kingdom, will lead you to the freedom and peace you seek! Payment
Credit card information required to book an intake appointment, though you can choose your method of payment at your first appointment.
Payment is due upon service. While Legendary Medicine LLC does not directly bill health insurance, we are happy to provide you with a receipt to file personal health insurance claims. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted, including HSA and Flex spending cards. Cash or check are preferred.
Any appointment rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment or the full appointment balance will be charged.
Sliding scale available for those seeking treatment that are unable to pay the full amount.
